About NexusCRM
NexusCRM wasn't imagined in a boardroom. It was built inside Reformity Inc., a GTA contracting company, and it ran that company's daily operations before it was ever offered for sale.

Shaheen founded Reformity Inc. in 2018 to bring transparency, accountability and modern tools to GTA contracting.
NexusCRM grew out of that work. Quoting, scheduling, job costing and crew pay were built to run Reformity's own jobs first, so the product follows how a crew actually works.
NexusCRM is sold and supported in Toronto by NexusAI GTA.
Reformity Inc.
Reformity is a North York-based general contractor serving the Greater Toronto Area across residential, commercial and industrial work. It started in fencing and landscaping.
Founded by Shaheen Rashidi and based in North York, with crews working across the Greater Toronto Area.
Fencing, interlocking and paving, decking, concrete and asphalt, landscaping, masonry and interior renovations.
NexusCRM was built around Reformity's own leads, quotes, invoices, schedules and crews, and it still runs the business.
Worth knowing: Reformity is the founder's own company, not an arm's-length customer. Wherever this site uses Reformity as proof, that's the relationship.
From one company to a product
FILD Group, a supplier, saw the CRM in use at Reformity and asked for it. Nexline Electrical, Green Box Maintenance and Estates with Sheikh came the same way: each asked for it after watching it work.
